If your order is not up to our usual standards, please contact us within two hours of receiving your food. We will require a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. After reviewing your claim, we may offer a full or partial refund or a replacement order. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven working days.

Incorrect Orders
