'HarborOriginVoyage started with a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Moretti family in 1985, our pizza shop began modestly, as a family-owned enterprise, preserving recipes passed from ancestors.
Luca Moretti, our originator, acquired the craft of pizza creation on her journeys across Italy, learning from veteran pizza chefs in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After arriving in the UK, she was intent on recreating the essence of classic Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and the most pristine ingredients.
Our journey from a humble 12-seat eatery to a cherished community staple hasn't shifted our dedication to excellence and authenticity. We continue to bake with traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and source the finest produce available.
Currently, 'HarborOriginVoyage' is still in the hands of the Moretti lineage, with the succeeding generation now at the helm of our devoted crew. Although we've adopted new innovations, the core of our mission endures: to produce delectable, genuine pizza that unites our customers.
